Put simply, the Tight Delights Balls provide a great-feeling object (five, actually) for your pelvic muscles to grip during kegel exercise. The lightest colors correspond the the lightest weights, which gradually increase the color grows deeper. The barely pink version weighs in at just 1.4oz/39.7g, and is a perfect starting point to kegel practice. It’ll provide the least resistance and require the least amount of ‘flex’ to keep it in place. If you find that one a breeze, you can move on to the pale pink Ball at 2.1oz/59.5g before working up to the darkest purple Ball at 4.1oz/116.2g. There are two colors/weights in between, so you’ll be able to gradually progress as you feel comfortable.
In high quality silicone weighted with zinc alloy, each Ball in the Set is reliably body safe and extra easy to clean. Wash your Balls well before and after with lots of warm soapy water or use a good quality toy care fluid/foam. The Balls are compatible with any favorite water based lubricant.
